Terms of Service

1. The service

Seller OS is a read-only analytics and reporting service for designated TikTok Shop sellers. It is operated by Skyler LLC. Seller OS does not perform fulfillment, send buyer communications, make automated decisions, or automatically modify TikTok Shop data.

2. Authorization and access

You may use Seller OS only if you are authorized to act for the relevant seller and shop. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, safeguarding your account access, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Access is limited to the functions and data authorized for your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Seller OS to violate law or another person's rights; bypass security or access controls; access a shop or data without authorization; introduce malicious code; interfere with the service; or attempt to obtain credentials, secrets, or data outside your authorized scope.

4. TikTok Shop and third-party services

Seller OS depends on seller authorization and third-party services, including TikTok Shop. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable. Skyler LLC does not control TikTok Shop and does not promise that third-party data or services will always be available, complete, or error-free.

5. Data and privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Authorized users and sellers can find access, correction, export, deletion, and authorization-withdrawal instructions on the Data Request page. You must not submit unnecessary buyer information or secrets through support channels.

6. Service changes and suspension

We may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue service features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, third-party changes, or protection of users and the service. Where appropriate, we will use a reasonable service channel to communicate material changes.

7. Termination

You may stop using Seller OS or withdraw TikTok Shop authorization. We may terminate or suspend access for unauthorized or harmful use, material breach, legal requirements, or service discontinuation. Data handling after withdrawal or termination follows the Privacy Policy and Data Request page, including applicable legal exceptions.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Seller OS is provided on an “as available” basis. Analytics and reports are informational and should be independently checked before business, financial, legal, or tax decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms after material changes to the service or applicable requirements. The published version will show its effective date. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
