Data Request and Deletion
Submit a request
Authorized Seller OS users and sellers may ask us to:
- confirm whether Seller OS holds information associated with their account;
- provide an accessible export of information they are entitled to receive;
- correct inaccurate service information;
- delete eligible information; or
- confirm the effect of withdrawing TikTok Shop authorization.
Send the request to support@selleros.team with:
- the request type: access, correction, export, deletion, or authorization withdrawal;
- the Seller OS account identifier and TikTok Shop name or shop identifier;
- a description of the information or correction requested; and
- a safe method for follow-up.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, App secrets, full payment-card data, or unnecessary buyer information.
Verification and timing
We verify the requester's identity, authority, and shop association before disclosing, changing, or deleting information. We may coordinate with the seller or TikTok Shop when they control the source record. We aim to acknowledge and complete a verified request within 30 days. If more time is permitted and reasonably required, we will explain the reason and expected completion date.
Deletion scope
Approved deletion applies to eligible information in active Seller OS systems within 30 days after the verified request. Each encrypted backup snapshot is isolated, used only for disaster recovery and not ordinary processing, and expires no more than 30 days after its creation. The final snapshot containing data deleted from active systems expires no later than 30 days after active-system deletion, so the worst-case period from verified request to expiry of the last backup copy may be up to 60 days. If a backup is restored for disaster recovery, the deletion instruction is re-applied before ordinary processing resumes. We may retain a minimal record of the request and its completion, or information legally required for compliance or legal claims. Any retained exception remains access-restricted and is not used for ordinary analytics.
Withdrawal or contract termination
After authorization is withdrawn or the service relationship ends, Seller OS stops new collection, disables access, and deletes or irreversibly de-identifies customer data in active systems within 30 days, subject only to documented legal exceptions. Each isolated encrypted backup snapshot expires within 30 days of its creation and is used only for disaster recovery. The last snapshot containing the deleted active data expires no later than 30 days after active-system deletion; the end-to-end worst case from the deletion trigger to final backup expiry may therefore be up to 60 days.
